6. Specify and Cost GIS Projects
Construct a three-year GIS program budget. During this process, each of the GIS projects established in Step 4 are broken down into constituent parts. The costs are assembled into a budget worksheet that summarizes the expenditures and provides a series of useful financial budgetary indicators and charts.
Note: This step assumes you have completed step 4.
